The REEL Project centers on the development of the Gbedin Mini Hydropower Plant (HPP) and associated transmission and access infrastructure. The Plant scheme is designed as a 9.34 MW run-of-river hydropower facility on the Mani River within the Saint John River basin.

Key associated infrastructure includes: Construction of a 7.8 km 33 kV Transmission Line, Construction of a new 5.6 km access road and rehabilitation of 9.4 km of existing road and construction of LV distribution lines
